July -- 2005 -- Opulent GC signs up over 11 health care organizations to participate as Nationwide Health Information Network evaluation partners. Our evaluation partners include 2 nationwide organizations; The Directors of Health promotion and Education (www.DHPE.org) and The Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (www.ASTHO.org).

July 2005 -- Together with our strategic partners Blue NOVA and E-Nursing Solutions Network, Opulent GC formally proposes to design, develop, and evaluate a Nationwide Health Information Network (NHIN) for the United States Department of Health and Human Services. This proposed prototype would provide a subset of the full Tex RHICO Opulent Market Place currently under development.

January 2005 -- Opulent GC and S P Enterprises enter into a strategic teaming agreement to develop and market clinical enterprise management services. This internet application service will enable the clinical enterprise immediate access to standards compliant Opulent Markets specifically Tex RHICO while maintaining efficient compliance and billing operations.

December 2004 -- Opulent GC delivers version 1.0 of our Enterprise Business Gateway (EBG). EBG is the foundation for Opulent Markets and is based on the Microsoft Biz Talk 2004 platform. The production version of EBG provides the underlying data exchange and translation functionality required to facilitate our Tex RHICO Opulent Market Place.

January 2004 -- Opulent GC and Blue NOVA Corporation partner up to develop and market Blue NOVA's Personal Living Health Information (PLHI) management system. The PLHI management system, a patient records repository,  is set to be an integral member of standards compliant Opulent Markets including Tex RHICO.
