The site's development consists of three phases supported by the .NET Framework.  Phase one utilized Microsoft based Enterprise Tools for front-end and back-end deployment.  The current phase, phase two, is focused on the integration of an E-Commerce Engine into the community, providing E-Commerce and Campaign Management capabilities.
